We performed a comprehensive analysis of a manufacturer’s vehicle development process as the basis for targeted measures. We focused on standardisation strategies, model-based systems engineering, testing and approval processes, automation and AI methods for linking unstructured data.
This means massive changes, especially for vehicle manufacturers. Engine power is no longer a USP in the mobility ecosystem. Whereas platform concepts and standardisation synergies remain indispensable, ecosystem-compliant data and information services are becoming increasingly important along the entire automotive value chain.
