Project
Our team supported the newly founded Sustainability Office at the Technical University of Dortmund in creating a roadmap for implementing sustainable projects. In a second step, we jointly developed a communication strategy to effectively inform internal and external stakeholders about ongoing sustainability projects.
MEDAIR e.V., a global organization providing humanitarian aid, was confronted with organically grown processes that no longer met the requirements of a rapidly growing organization. Our team helped identify and design digital solutions enabling MEDAIR to grow more efficiently.
