In 2012 a neuronal network won the ImageNet challenge against traditional algorithms. Interactive AI systems such as Alexa and Siri are now part of our everyday lives. And this is just the beginning! Data volumes are increasing, computers are getting faster and, as a result, neuronal networks are getting more intelligent.
Project
We developed an AI strategic agenda for an insurance company. Over 150 use cases were collected in an organisation-wide interview series. The first two use cases went live during the project within the existing data science structures.
We combine our expertise in the optimisation of business strategies and organisational structures with a technical understanding of AI. We facilitate ideation workshops and harness the collective intelligence of organisations to identify potential fields of application. We also provide advice on the development and enlargement of data labs and support clients in the generation and operationalisation of use cases.
